Field Based Nurse Case Managers (RN)OVERVIEW:ISYS Nurse Case Managers are highly competent, caring individuals who know how to provide the time and attention each file deserves. They are service facilitators who must work ethically with our customers and the injured or disabled workers they serve. Good judgment and timeliness are essential.RESPONSIBILITIES:Working from your home office, coordinating medical services and professionally communicating with all parties. Providing prompt service and reporting. Driving/travel (no overnight) typically ranges between 20%-30% of your time, depending on territory.REQUIREMENTS:Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or social work. Advanced Degree and/or certification preferred. Registered nurse with current, valid state license, in good standing; valid driver's license and proof of insurance; CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN, CIRS, a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor and strong customer relations skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to work independently. Computer literate.
